Frank keeps it fair. If something arrives broken or wrong, we’ll make it right.

Returns:

• We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery.

• All returned items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds:

• If your item is defective or damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue a refund or send a replacement—your choice.

• For non-defective returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply.

Final Sale:

Due to the nature of our express-deal format, most items are final sale unless defective. Please read product descriptions carefully.
