Shipping Straight from the Source

At Frank the Dank, we work with a curated network of trusted vendors and suppliers to bring you the best smokeshop gear—delivered directly from the source. This means lower prices, less waste, and fresh drops without the middleman markup.

🚚 How Shipping Works:

• Orders ship directly from our partner warehouses and vendors.

• Items may ship separately if your order contains products from multiple vendors.

• You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment as soon as it’s available.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times:

• U.S. Orders: Most items arrive in 5–12 business days.

• International Orders (where applicable): Please allow 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

⚠️ Some specialty or limited-edition items may take a bit longer—Frank will always let you know in the product description if that’s the case.

📦 Order Processing Time:

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

• You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

🛑 Important Notes:

• We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or states/regions with restrictions on certain products.

• Delays may occur due to vendor backlog, customs, holidays, or extreme weather—but Frank’s always watching and will keep you in the loop.
